International Coastal Cleanup 2014 - Cayman Islands

There were 76 volunteers, and they collected 542 pounds of trash total.

The majority of litter found on both beaches were bottle caps, plastic bottles, aluminum beer cans, and bits of glass. A few man made items like flip flops and clothes were found. Most trash on the beaches were simply things that can be recycled: glass, aluminum, and plastic.

All the volunteers who came to the cleanup were very happy to help and were a big support for their community!
